5. Rights Provided to You:

The services that we provide users are the license to utilize those services and features that are made as per your requirements. These services include:

• Not to use another user’s account for any purpose.
• Not to create another account if your account has been terminated by our application.

Dot Dating holds the rights to terminate or investigate the account that has been reported or has been involved in practices that Dot Dating does not consider appropriate for other users safety or safety of their content.

8. Other User’s Content:

9. App Purchases:

These payments are applied for the time when you wish to directly start chatting and thus need coins to unlock their profiles.

Refund method: The refund method is included in the application for the coins. • Detailed understanding of the copyright where the work or the action of impersonates has been done by the other user.

DOT DATING DOES NOT HOLD THEM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT THAT IS POSTED, SENT OR RECEIVED BY THE USER. ANY ACTION OF DOWNLOAD OR OTHERWISE IF IS TAKEN THEN DOT DATING IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RIKS THAT COME ALONG THE ACTION.

12. Third Party Services:

The application will consist of advertisements and promotions provided by the third parties of other websites. You also concur that upon your death your account will be non-transferable and the content will be removed immediately from the data of Dot Dating.
